A cake inspired by the beautiful and fresh ingredients from my time spent in Crete. Orange cake is very much a local delicacy and the addition of figs just the cherry on the top! A tiny addition of a few other berries and a blue plate make this 3 layer complete.
With watercolour, ink and pigment. Painted on hand made Lameli paper, 150lb. Textured, recycled witha pretty deckle edge.
